About us

Aigner Nagl Rechtsanwälte OG is a law firm based in Linz with strong regional roots and a broad range of expertise. We advise and represent private individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies in legally challenging and often decisive life and business situations. Our aim is to resolve legal issues not only correctly, but above all in a comprehensible, structured, and practical manner.

A key feature of our firm is the personal support provided by dedicated contact persons. We attach great importance to direct communication, transparent processes, and realistic assessments of opportunities, risks, time frames, and costs. Clients should know where they stand at all times—both legally and strategically.

Our range of services

Our range of services extends from labor law, family and matrimonial law, inheritance law, criminal law, traffic and driver's license law, as well as damages and warranty law to corporate law & M&A, insolvency law & corporate restructuring, contract law, and intellectual property (IP). A particular area of expertise is temporary employment and personnel services, including the drafting of special contracts, the enforcement of claims, and litigation before labor and social courts. In this area, we also act as trusted counsel to the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

We accompany you

We support our clients both preventively – for example, in contract drafting, structural decisions, or contingency planning – and consistently in disputes, before courts and authorities. Where appropriate, we strive for out-of-court and economically viable solutions; where necessary, we resolutely enforce rights.

Our law firm stands for legal quality, personal responsibility, and solution-oriented thinking – with the clear goal of achieving sustainable and legally secure results for our clients.
